1.Go to EMS >Configuration >NSS >MSC.
2.Click the button at the upper right corner.

1.Click the Dialing Prefix Set tab.
2.Pick up the serving Dialing Prefix Set, and then click the hyperlinked number in the Dialing Prefix Entries to open the Prefix table.
3.Click New at the bottom of the Prefix table to add prefix for VSS.
4.In the Prefix ID box, click the button.
5.In the Prefix Option window, configure the relevant parameters given in the following table.
6.Click the button to update Prefix parameters to application servers.
7.Click the button to activate the new created prefix.
