Descriptions

 

The Erlang statistics of MSC is collected on two bases: Service or Trunk Group.

 

•Service Erlang: The total duration (unit is hour) of a certain type of call that took place in the system on an hour basis.

 

•Trunk Group Erlang: The total duration (unit is hour) of all calls that routed out (in) from each trunk group on an hour basis.

 

There is a chart of stacked line for each Erlang statistics as described below:

There are two searching tools on the navigator bar: bases type and date range. Operator can select bases type (Service or Trunk Group), select up to the last 30 days to sort out the specific statistics profile. When Trunk Group is selected, a text box will be displayed for entering one or multiple TG number (separated by ",") for the following chart generation. The Print logo is for printing out this statistics page.
