The MSC Trunk Group statistics provides outgoing and incoming call statistics for each Trunk Group. There are two statistics tables and two charts of stacked line or column on this page, as described below:

Percentage of call answer and six categories of call failure for incoming and outgoing call

Attempt = Success + Call deny + Net busy + Caller clear + Sub busy + No Answer + Signal error

There are two searching tools on the navigator bar: call type and date range. Operator can select a call type (incoming, outgoing, both incoming and outgoing), select up to the last 30 days to sort out the specific statistics profile. The Print logo is for printing out this statistics page.

 

Click on the Trunk Group hyperlinked ID can display a more detailed statistics on this specific Trunk Group based on per hour.
