This service enables a called mobile subscriber provided with this feature to receive the calling line identity. The latter includes the required address information, i.e. the (mobile) subscriber's (MS)ISDN number, to identify the calling party.</span></p>

This can be useful when lending one's mobile station to somebody else. In such cases, the usage can be restricted to, for instance, the reception of calls, or to low cost calls. The activation and deactivation of such a barring can be password protected, allowing the control to be kept by the mobile subscriber himself.</span></p>
