To download a backup file, right-click on the file name to save it to the client station. The name of the CDR CSV file is defined by its type and generation time. </span></p>

<p class="p_NoramlTest" style="line-height: 1.50;"><span class="f_NoramlTest">The CDR generation is on an hourly basis. There are total 24 CDR CSV files for each call type in one day. The CDR data fields are separated by Tab.</span></p>

<p class="p_NoramlTest" style="line-height: 1.50;"><span class="f_NoramlTest">EMS can automatically FTP the CDR files to a specified data collecting system on an hourly basis once the FTP login info and directory path configured. The configuration is described as below:</span></p>
