The PPS daily report provides organized daily statistics reports based on prepaid account, recharge card, call charge, GPRS charge, and account summary in five dedicated tables.

 

PPS daily report - Account report

 

Account Statistics

Descriptions

Fresh

Quantity of fresh account which exists in the PPS but is not used. Fresh account can be automatically changed to In use account after the first recharge

In use

Quantity of normally used account

Suspended

Quantity of account suspended from service provisioning

Black list

Quantity of black list account which is prohibited from service provisioning because of crossing the recharge failure threshold. The black list account can recover In use account by operator

Released

Quantity of the released account

Total

Total = Fresh + In use + Suspended + Black list + Released

 

 

PPS daily report - Recharge card

 

The recharge card statistics includes the statistics of all recharge cards with different face value.

 

Recharge Card Statistics

Descriptions

Today Used

Total number of recharge cards have been used today

Unused

Total number of the fresh recharge cards that are not used

 

 

PPS daily report - Call statistics

 

The call statistics provides charge statistics including Quantity, Duration and Charge statistics for the following categories of call: Incoming, IDD, NDD, Local call, Short message via MS and web, Conference call, rent and operator charge.

 

Total charge = Incoming + IDD + NDD + Local call + Short message + Short message via web + Conference call + Rent + Operator charge

 

 

PPS daily report - GPRS statistics

 

The GPRS statistics provides statistics of GPRS service volume (KB) and total online duration (s).

 

 

PPS daily report - Account summary

 

The account summary summarizes the balance and recharge for all accounts.

Total balance of all accounts yesterday

Total amount of money recharged to all accounts today

Today charge

Total charge for all calls today

Total balance

Total balance of all accounts today

 

The account overview statistics complies with the following formulas:

 

•Yesterday balance + Today recharge = Today charge + Total balance

 

•Today recharge (Account summary) = Used today (Recharge card)

 

•Today charge (Account summary) = Total charge (Call statistics)
