Descriptions

 

Call Me Back feature is a free of charge service that allows out-of-credit customers to request from another local network prepaid or postpaid user to call them. Customer can initiate Call Me Back notification by either USSD or short message:

Dial the USSD service number to activate call me service. Follow the prompt to reply destination number.

Edit a short message contains destination number and send it to the toll-free Call Me service number.

 

After receives the request, the UltraWAVE system will send a short message to the destination number with the preset Call Me Back message. Please note that the destination number must belong to local network.

1.Go to EMS >Configuration >NSS >PPS.

 

2.Make sure the System ID at the upper right corner displays PPS_pub, click the 2_035 button.

2.Click the hyperlinked index number of Call Me Back Service Number to open its option window.

 

3.Configure the service number for Call Me Back service.

 

4.Click the 2_041 button to update parameters to application servers.

2.Click the hyperlinked index number of the Call Me Back service to open its option window.

 

3.Configure the Call Me Back access code and click highlight SAVE after change.

 

4.Click the 2_041 button to update it to application servers.

2.Click the hyperlinked index number of the Call Me Back service to open its option window.

 

3.Configure the Call Me Back service key and click highlight SAVE after change.

1.Click to open the Service Control >SMS Sentence tab.

 

2.Click the hyperlinked index number of the Call Me Back relevant sentences to open the configuration window.

 

3.Edit the sentence in the Language x Content line, click highlighted SAVE when it's done.

 

4.Click the 2_041 button to update parameters to application servers.

1.Subscriber A dials the Call Me Back USSD service code to initiate Call Me Back dialog.

Set 124 as Call Me Back USSD service code, dial *124# to initiate a USSD dialog.

 

2.If the subscriber A's call me back requests reached the maximum allowed times, system responds:

 

Your call me back requests reached the max allowed times.

 

3.The system replies USSD response:
