Implementation

Refer to Enabling Audio Announcement to configure AAS links and relevant parameters.

1.Go to EMS >Configuration >NSS >PPS.

 

2.Make sure the System ID at the upper right corner displays PPS_pub, click the 2_035 button.

1.Click to open the SRF Parameter >IVR Source tab.

 

2.Click the hyperlinked index number 0 to open its option window.

 

3.Configure the necessary parameters given in the following table.

 

4.Click the 2_041 button to update parameters to application servers.

2.Click the hyperlinked index number of SRF-0 to open its option window.

 

3.Configure the E.164 Number of SRF-0 which has been configure in the SCCP Local Node table.

 

4.Click the 2_041 button to update parameters to application servers.

 

5.Click the upper SRF Number hyperlink to go back to the previous window.

 

6.Click the hyperlinked index number of SRF-1 to open its option window.

 

7.Configure the E.164 Number of SRF-1 which has been configure in the SCCP Local Node table.

 

8.Click the 2_041 button to update parameters to application servers.

1.Click to open the SRF Parameters >Service Number tab.

 

2.Click the hyperlinked index number of the service number to open its option window.

 

3.Configure the service number and click highlight SAVE after change.

 

4.Click the 2_041 button to update it to application servers.

 

Sub-parameter

Description

Hotline Number

It is a dial-in number to a prompt menu with available prepaid services. User clicks certain button to select wanted service according to the audio prompt. The customer recorded voice prompt should be used in concert with the setting in PPS >SRF Parameters >Service Key.

Inquiry Number

It is a dedicated number for balance inquiry.

Scratch Card Recharge Number

It is a dedicated number for balance recharge by scratch card.

Credit Card Recharge Number

It is a dedicated number for balance recharge by credit card. This function need connect to a third party recharge center.

Third Party Recharge Number

It is a dedicated number for balance recharge by third party recharge center. This function need connect to a third party recharge center.

Customer Care Center Number

It is a dedicated number to dial in the customer care center.

Recharge Number

It is a dial-in number to a prompt menu with available recharge modes in the upper list. User clicks certain button to select wanted recharge mode according to the audio prompt.

The service key must be in accordance with the recorded announcement.

 

1.Click to open the SRF Parameters >Service Key tab.

 

2.Click the hyperlinked index number of the service key to open its option window.

 

3.Configure the service key and click highlight SAVE after change.

 

4.Click the 2_041 button to update it to application servers.

1.Go to EMS >Configuration >NSS >MSC.

 

2.Make sure the System ID at the upper right corner displays MSC_pub, click the 2_035 button.

1.Click the Dialing Prefix Set tab.

 

2.Pick up the serving Dialing Prefix Set, and then click the hyperlinked number in the Dialing Prefix Entries to open the Prefix table.

 

3.Click New at the bottom of the Prefix table to add prefix for PPS service number.

 

4.In the Prefix ID box, click the 2_002 button.

 

5.In the Prefix option window, configure the relevant parameters given in the following table.

 

6.Click the 2_041 button to update Prefix parameters to application servers.

 

7.Click the 2_036 button to activate the new created prefix.

 

8.Repeat step 3 to 7 to add more PPS service numbers.
