Descriptions

 

A Visitor Location Register (VLR) is a database which contains temporary information concerning the mobile subscribers that are currently located in the MSC serving area. The temporary information includes the subscriber basic status, supplementary services status, location information and service subscription information.

 

 

Implementation

Select VLR subscriber in the navigate tree, it displays the VLR subscriber List window. When it first comes up, the contents are cited from EMS database, but maybe not the latest information in the VLR database. Click 2_014 to update VLR subscriber information from VLR server. The VLR subscriber is read-only, can't be maintained on the UltraWAVE EMS GUI.

1.Click the Account main menu.

 

2.Select VLR under the Subscriber submenu.

 

3.Select IMSI or MSISDN from the drop-down menu of the search bar, enter the proper subscriber number which want to search.

 

4.Click 2_015, or click 2_016 after the previous Get All operation was performed.

OPPS Flag

The current status of OPPS service:

OPR Not Registered = Initial status of a new created or imported OPR account. The associated MSISDN will be allocated to an auto-registered subscriber.

OPR without roaming agreement = OPR subscriber is from PLMN without roaming agreement.

OPR with roaming agreement (OPR) = OPR subscriber is from PLMN with roaming agreement. Its current application status is switched to OPR mode.

OPR in roaming = OPR subscriber is from PLMN with roaming agreement. Its current application status is switched to roaming mode.

IMDX Private Ordinary = IMDX private subscriber with privileges to make private outgoing calls only

IMDX Private Premium = IMDX private subscriber with higher privilege to make both private and public outgoing calls

IMDX Hybrid = IMDX hybrid subscriber
