Descriptions

 

The CDR Download is for downloading backup CDR files of three types (MSC, PPS and SMSC). To download a backup file, right-click on the file name to save it to the client station. The name of the CDR CSV file is defined by its type and generation time.

 

For example:

cdrFromMSC_2007_12_09_07.csv (MSC CDR CSV file of AM6:00-7:00 9 Dec 2007)

 

The CDR generation is on an hourly basis. There are total 24 CDR CSV files for each call type in one day. The CDR data fields are separated by Tab.

 

EMS can automatically FTP the CDR files to a specified data collecting system on an hourly basis once the FTP login info and directory path configured. The configuration is described as below:

 

EMS ->Maintenance ->Control Panel ->System ->CDR Collecting System

FTP Configuration Format:

User:Password@IP>Directory (Please make sure the FTP login info is correct and the directory path exists.)

 

For example:

www:123456@172.18.160.160>/home/www/dataBackup/CDR
