1.Refer to previous section to Enable Local Call.
2.Go to EMS >Configuration >NSS >MSC.
3.Click the button at the upper right corner.

1.Click on the proper hyperlinked number to open the Location Area configuration window.
2.Click the hyperlinked number in the Cell Entries to open the Cell table.
3.Click on the proper hyperlinked number to open the Cell configuration window.
4.Choose an idle item from the 0 to 7 Emergency Number list and record its index number.
5.Configure the Emergency Number which will be routed to emergency center.
6.Click the button to update Cell parameters to application servers.
