Descriptions

This chapter describes how to control who can log into the UltraWAVE EMS GUI and what they can do.

Implementation

1.Go to EMS >Advanced >Administration.

2.Click on Add at the upper-left corner, this displays the new account Option window.

3.Click the button, click OK to return.

4.Verify the new created operator is displayed on the current account list.

5.Login EMS GUI using the new created account name and password, verify the visible menu and navigation tree is correct.

Details	Explanation
Real Name	Name of operator
Account Name	The account name of the operator.
Login Password	The password for logging into the EMS GUI.
Confirm Password	Repeat the login password for confirmation.
Access Restriction	Select the user's privilege level. The privileges include: •Operation - allows access to the Map and the list of subscribers in the HLR. •Configuration - allows access to Status, Configuration, Performance, Log and Maintenance screens, access to the Advanced screens is denied with this restriction. •Management - allows access to all screens.
Time of last account update	The last time this operators account was changed.

1.Go to EMS >Advanced >Administration.

2.Click Delete next to the operator want to delete.

3.Click Yes to confirm.

4.Verify the operator doesn't appear in the current operator list.

1.Go to EMS >Advanced >Administration.

2.Click Edit next to the operator want to modify.

3.Enter a new password in the New Password box.

4.Repeat the new password in the Repeat Input box.

5.Click the button, click OK to close the pop-up window.

6.Verify the password is changed successfully by logging into EMS GUI using the new password.
