Current Tariff - Discount

Descriptions

The PPS supports 32 discount tables. The discount table is applied for each prefix of SM tariff and MO/MT basic tariff. The discount table provides discount charge on both prefix and time period basis.

•Discount Table

The discount table defines discount rate for seven week days and holidays. Each day is divided into 24 one-hour sessions. Each session can set different discount rate. Generally the discount rate is less than 1, e.g. 0.7 indicates 30 percent off. The discount rate may also be more than 1, e.g. 1.2 indicates 120 percent.

The discount table has a separate discount rate for the holidays. Calls made in the holiday days are subject to the discount rates defined in the "holiday" column of the discount table.

•Holiday Table

Operator defines the holiday days in the Holiday Table. Calls taking place on all operator specified holidays are subject to the holiday discount rates defines in the holiday column in the discount table.
